Celebrate geography with us as we discuss Global Positioning Systems (GPS) technology, its theory, and its use. Bring along your hand held GPS unit if you have one. No prior experience in GPS technology required or expected. Following the program, we will introduce Earthcaching and Envirocaching, and talk about ideas for planning an event here in Cordova. Even if you don't own a GPS, come anyway as we will have extra units for you to use!
